In a world driven by technology and innovation, it is crucial to get young minds excited about the possibilities of modern technology at an early age.
3D printing, programming robots, flying with drones – in today’s working world, these are completely normal processes. In our Future Space with eight stations, we offer children and young people the unique opportunity to try out these and other components of the digital world for themselves.
What is MARK Future Space?
MARK Future Space is a modern center for knowledge and learning where both children and adults can try out new technologies. It features 8 labs (workstations) focused primarily on digitalization, research, technology, the natural sciences, and innovation.
What exactly is happening there?
At Future Space, children, teens, and even adults can try out new technologies. They learn in a fun and interactive way how to program robots, design and print objects using 3D printers, fly drones, find answers in ChatGPT, and much more. Together, these experiences open up many new perspectives and offer a first glimpse into the digital world.
What are the benefits of MARK Future Space?
It’s an experience. An enriching experience with deep meaning, as it leaves plenty of room for reflection. The integration of robots and ChatGPT into everyday life brings numerous benefits, including more efficient work processes, personalized support, and innovative solutions. However, they also pose potential risks—such as privacy concerns, social alienation, and dependence on technology—that must be carefully considered.
How long does the MARK Future Space program last?
During these 3.5 hours, children and adults will enjoy an exciting and varied program centered on the topics of technology, robotics, sensor technology, social media, and health. Of course, there’s one key element that can’t be missing from the MARK Future Space—deep drawing. It’s been our core competency for over 100 years—a core competency we’re proud of. Deep drawing is also a key part of the MARK Future Space.

The Innovation Lab is free of charge for kindergartens and school classes – from elementary school to secondary school classes in Upper Austria and Styria. We will be happy to inform all other interested parties personally about the cost contribution.
