I work in project management because I’m driven by the challenge of organizing complex tasks and leading teams effectively. The diversity of projects allows me to continuously learn and find creative solutions.

What makes project management especially exciting for me is the collaboration across departments and the opportunity to introduce innovative technologies. Working in project management means building a bridge between technology, design, and market demands – and that’s exactly what inspires me in my work.
