This is a so-called chipless tensile-compression forming process. In multiple steps, we form hollow parts from flat sheet metal
(e.g. steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper).<\/p>
This offers significant advantages over other processes: material usage and production costs remain low \u2013 while the strength of the parts increases due to the forming process and the continuous grain flow.<\/p>
Each material has specific properties that must be taken into account during forming. Our non-binding consultation already provides forming-based solution approaches that customers can use in the development of their products.<\/p>
